Unlike traditional desktop notepads, our online version works on any device with internet access, requires no installation, and offers advanced features like auto-save, multiple tabs, and real-time statistics.

Absolutely! All your notes are stored locally in your browser using localStorage. Your text is never sent to any server, ensuring complete privacy and security. We don't collect, store, or access your notes in any way. Only you can see your notes on your device.

Our notepad automatically saves your notes every 2 seconds to your browser's local storage. This means even if you accidentally close the tab or your browser crashes, your notes will be there when you return. You'll see a green "Auto-saved" indicator in the top-left corner when a save occurs.

Yes! Our notepad supports multiple tabs, allowing you to work on several notes simultaneously. Click the "+" button to add a new tab, and click the "✕" on any tab to close it. Each tab maintains its own content independently, and all tabs are auto-saved separately.

Simply click the "Download TXT" button, and your current note will be saved as a .txt file on your device. The filename will include the current date and time for easy identification. You can open this file with any text editor on your computer.

Our toolbar includes several text transformation options: UPPERCASE converts all text to capital letters, lowercase converts everything to small letters, Title Case capitalizes the first letter of each word, and Sentence case capitalizes only the first letter of each sentence. Select your text first, then click the transformation button.

Click the "Find/Replace" button in the toolbar to open the panel. Enter the text you want to find in the first field and the replacement text in the second field. You can enable "Case Sensitive" to match exact capitalization or "Whole Word" to only replace complete words. Click "Replace All" to replace all occurrences at once.

Yes! Click the "Print" button to open your browser's print dialog. The notepad is optimized for printing, so only your note content will be printed without any UI elements. You can save it as a PDF or print it on paper directly from your browser.

There's no hard character limit, but localStorage typically allows about 5-10MB of data per website. This is enough for hundreds of pages of text. For very long documents, we recommend splitting them into multiple tabs or downloading them regularly to avoid any storage issues.
